Data Deletion Instructions for Murray CRM

According to Meta Platform rules, we provide this page to inform users how to remove their activities and request data deletion.

1. How to Remove Murray CRM from your Meta Account

  1. Go to your Facebook Account's "Settings & Privacy."
  2. Click "Settings."
  3. Look for "Apps and Websites" in the sidebar.
  4. Locate "Murray CRM" and click the "Remove" button next to it.

2. How to Request Personal Data Deletion

To have your data (synced messages, contacts, AI drafts) permanently deleted from our servers:

  1. Email legal@murgex.com with the subject: "Data Deletion Request".
  2. We will purge all associated records within 48 business hours and send a confirmation.
